Important Occupancy & House Guidelines

This five-bedroom property (including the guest house) accommodates up to 12 overnight guests.

No more than 16 total people are permitted on the property at any time.

Example: If your group includes 10 overnight guests, up to 6 additional daytime visitors are allowed.

We encourage guests to have fun and enjoy their stay; however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted out of respect for neighbors. Details
Our direct booking cancellation policy for this property is designed to be flexible while also protecting the property owner from last-minute cancellations. Guests may cancel and receive a 100% refund when cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund when cancellation is made 15–29 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are normally non-refundable, as the rental income is committed to the property owner and it can be difficult to replace a reservation on short notice. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to cancel within 14 days of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the reservation and attempt to rebook the dates, and if we are successful in rebooking the cancelled dates, we will still provide a 50% refund, even if the replacement reservation is secured only a few days before your scheduled arrival. We kindly ask guests not to make reservations unless they reasonably intend to keep them, as credit card and payment-processing fees associated with direct reservations can approach 8%. At the same time, we recognize that legitimate emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and when they do, we are happy to work with our guests and provide any refund available under the cancellation policy above.
